Dear Lightarians,

ライタリアンのライトワーカーのみなさまへ

We have been watching as Covid-19 has been spreading across our globe, and we want to share what we’re doing energetically with the hope you will join us. These are times when we must take care of ourselves and each other.

新型コロナウィルスについて、我々がエネルギー的に何を行っているのかをお知らせし、みなさまからも一緒に行っていただきたいので、書いています。

Daily steps we are taking:

·     The very first step is practical—washing our hands throughout the day, eating healthy, and getting the amount of sleep our body needs to be well.

最初のステップは、実用的なことです。手洗い、健康的な食事、よく眠ることなどです。

·     Social distancing is another one. Children’s schools have closed, companies (if possible) are having employees work remotely. We have been asked to refrain from interacting physically with others. In the Lightarian work, this is an easy one, right? I am so incredibly grateful for the internet and the ability to facilitate energy work remotely.

次のステップは、人との距離を取ることです。

Are you empathic? I am hearing from community members how challenging it is due to the fear about Covid-19 that is found in many social circles. It does not help us or those around us when we take in other people feelings/thoughts.

あなたは、エンパスですか？恐怖に非常に影響を受けている方もいらっしゃるかもしれません。

We highly recommend each one of us creates a one-way energetic system. It is so simple and yet incredibly profound. Ask for Divine Light to come into your body and emanate outward. That’s it.

そういう場合は、一方向のエネルギーシステムをつくることをお勧めします。聖なる光が体の中に入り外側に出て行くようにしてください。流れはそれだけにして、外から恐怖感等を入れないようにしてください。

In doing this, we anchor our own Self in Divine Light, and we help to lift all those around us energetically. 

それを行うと、自分自身を聖なる光の中に置くことができますし、周りの人の波動を上げることができます。

As each of us does this, and continues to do this throughout the day, it creates a connection of Divine Light which expands the Web of Light around our globe.

みんなが一日中それを行っていると、光のコネクションができますので、それが地球上全部に広がることになります。
